Who built SiteVitals?

Built by the people agencies call when things get technical.

SiteVitals is run by 18a, a web development agency who for the last two decades have been the outsourced technical team that bigger agencies come to when they need technical back up. Back when “digital” was a new frontier, we helped studios and creative agencies build their digital departments, take on web clients, and deliver projects they could not have done alone.

We know what it feels like to be responsible for a client’s website when something goes wrong at 5pm on a Friday. We know the particular stress of being the person who has to call a client to say their site is down - and we know there is almost nothing worse than finding out from the client themselves.

Starting out over 25 years ago meant learning the whole web - not just one corner of it. DNS, hosting, domains, performance, security, front end, back end: all of it.
